Porsche 959 suspension height controller repair service
The 959 suspension height controller adjusts the suspension ride height independently front and rear. Height control is achieved via a hydraulic system. The controller takes input from the driver via dashboard controls, ride height sensors and vehicle speed.
Note that the 959 has a separate control unit for active damper adjustment (see our other listing for this unit).
Fault symptoms include a warning indicator on the dash (should be off shortly after driving from a standstill), ride height stuck too high or too low front or rear. Note that the hydraulic valve block is very failure prone, especially if the car has been sitting for an extended period. Please ensure this is not at fault before sending in the controller for test & repair.
Please get in contact if your 959 suspension height controller has other fault symptoms.
