Porsche 959 LDR4 Turbo control ECU repair service
The 959 LDR4 Turbo ECU controls the twin sequential turbos via electronically controlled waste gates. This ECU also drives the in-dash turbo boost gauge.
Engine ignition and fueling are controlled by another ECU known as the Motronic (see separate listing). The 2 units are identical in appearance and are both located under the passenger (right) seat. Please check carefully.
Fault symptoms include low / no boost, over-boost non functional or erratic boost gauge.
