Maserati Quattroporte (M139) Suspension Controller repair service
The Maserati Quattroporte Suspension Controller, often referred to as 'Sky Hook', adjusts the stiffness on the car's suspension dampers. The controller has independent control of each corner of the car. Adjustment is calculated using a combination of driver input and driving conditions (rood speed, cornering, braking etc).
The most common issues relate to the controller failing to control a single damper. Control of each damper is a 'closed loop' system in that the controller is able to determine the current and target damper settings. Usually when the controller detects a fault it places all 4 dampers into a 'hard' setting making for a very bumpy ride!
Please get in contact if your Maserati Quattroporte Suspension Controller has other fault symptoms.
