These units can suffer from a range of issues including fan speed control not controlling blower motor correctly, air direction controls not working, sticking or non-functioning buttons, fan indicator LEDs out of sequence, fan indicator LEDs remaining partially lit with ignition off, failed or dimmed segments on the temperature display.

We disassemble the unit and run it through a full test of all switches and outputs. We replace any defective parts with equivalent or, in some cases, upgraded parts. The climate control panel is cleaned inside and out. Switches are checked for correct operation both electrically and mechanically. In the vast majority of cases, we can repair the switches but if your panel has missing or cosmetically damaged switches, please send us a photo.
