If the items you'd like repaired are not listed in our OBD2 tools repair shop pages or if you are located outside the United Kingdom, please get in touch before sending us your items. We do ship internationally from the U.K. to most countries.
If you'd prefer to drop off & collect your items to/from the address at the bottom of this page, please get in touch to arrange a drop-off time.

Print a copy of your order or write down your details and repair requirements. Click here for guidance if not you're not able to print the order form.
Pack your items carefully in a strong box.
Place your order details inside the package.
Use a secure, signed-for service to ship your parcel to the address at the bottom of this page.
We test your OBD2 items before we start any repairs. We'll get in touch if we find anything unexpected.
One of our engineers will repair your items using approved industry techniques and oem quality parts.
We re-test your OBD2 items to verify correct operation.
If needed, we'll send you an invoice and payment link via email, When payment is received we'll ship your OBD2 items back to you. Next Day service in the U.K.
